Business Problem

The  2023 UNSW prize and reimbursement process involved students manually signing and submitting a manual form, resulting in:

- incomplete, incorrect, missing details
- increased burden on administration/ staff
-  a decline in student participation due to this process

Approach

A data driven analysis was taken, involving student surveys and market research, taking into the main considerations such as the current systems in place and the reception of the new solution by students.

From here, the user journeys were mapped and prototypes were generated for testing. Key indicators of a successful digital student prizes & reimbursements form (both the website and the mobile version) were: - time taken to complete

Solution/Impact

From the above, the final interactive prototype was then generated. It will involve a SSO login, designed for use within Microsoft Powerapp, catering to the centralisation of data.
